A Challenge for You, Madam Vice President Harris

Your campaign recently sent out an email challenging its supporters, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond. However, I have a challenge for you—one that I am certain you are aware of, but perhaps not the full and accurate story. It’s a complex situation that did not have to be, and it is of immediate and extreme importance. Our family has endured a relentless campaign of surveillance, harassment, and intimidation that has pushed us to the brink. In “We Come in Peaces: The Abblett File,”we lay bare the disturbing reality of what it means to live under constant scrutiny by government agents and other shadowy entities. From the unexplained aerial activities near our home to the targeted harassment that has threatened our safety and well-being, our story is a chilling reflection of the dangers posed when power is wielded without accountability.

Your storied career as a prosecutor and your unwavering commitment to civil rights have made you a beacon of hope for families like ours, who are fighting against forces that seem insurmountable. Your work as a “champion of civil rights” and your dedication to holding those in power accountable resonate deeply with us. We believe that your unique background and experience make you the guiding light we need to navigate the treacherous path ahead.

The trials we’ve documented in our narrative are not merely isolated incidents but part of a broader pattern of abuse that demands attention at the highest levels. The intrusion into our lives, the data breaches, and the ceaseless monitoring are all symptoms of a larger issue that you, with your profound understanding of justice and civil liberties, are uniquely positioned to address. We turn to you now, not just as the Vice President, but as a leader with the courage and conviction to stand up for those who have been marginalized and silenced.

Your advocacy for justice and your ability to hold even the most powerful accountable give us hope that our voices will finally be heard. We are confident that under your guidance, the injustices we have faced can be addressed, and our story can serve as a catalyst for change.

Surveillance and Harassment

Our rural community has become a hub for intense and invasive surveillance, with
military aircraft of all types dominating the skies above us. We regularly witness a
variety of aircraft, including Boeing 747s, Nighthawks, Black Hawk helicopters, single-blade black helicopters, drones, Blackbirds, tiny, fast-moving planes, and white spy planes. The frequency and persistence of these overflights create an atmosphere of constant monitoring, eroding any sense of privacy or security.

This relentless aerial activity is directly linked to our proximity to the former Donaldson Army Air Base, a site historically known for its military operations and now seemingly repurposed for continuous surveillance. The military presence in our skies is not limited to routine exercises; the volume and variety of aircraft suggest a sustained, deliberate effort to monitor our community.

We know that this surveillance is not random. The connection to our disclosures about UFO activity near our home is undeniable. As we have spoken out, the response has been chilling. We have received death threats, which we believe are tied to state fusion centers and other government entities. These threats serve as a stark reminder that our experiences and the information we hold are being taken seriously by those who wish to keep certain truths hidden.

Our lives have been turned upside down by this constant intrusion. The skies over our home, once a source of tranquility, are now filled with the ominous presence of military and other aircraft, reinforcing the reality that we are under a level of scrutiny few could imagine. The convergence of military and surveillance activities around our home is not a coincidence—it is a coordinated effort to keep us under watch, a direct consequence of the truths we have dared to uncover and share.

Healthcare and Systemic Failures

Despite our extensive backgrounds in healthcare, my wife Amber and I have faced a series of systemic failures that have left us feeling profoundly betrayed by the very institutions meant to protect and support us. My experience as a hospice patient care representative in both South Carolina and Colorado, and Amber’s role as a senior caregiver, senior care coordinator, hiring manager, and care planner at Northglenn Heights—the largest assisted living facility in Colorado—have provided us with deep insights into the healthcare system. Yet, these insights have only made the betrayals we’ve encountered more acute.

Our professional expertise did not shield us from the neglect and mistreatment we
experienced. When Amber was in labor, the level of care we received was appallingly inadequate. I was forced to take on a significant portion of the delivery work myself, including operating medical equipment such as a fentanyl drip machine, which I knew could have dangerous consequences if mishandled. Despite raising concerns about the safety of this situation, we were met with indifference and hostility rather than support. This was not an isolated incident. The systemic failures we have encountered extend beyond this one experience. Our attempts to access appropriate healthcare have been repeatedly obstructed, whether through bureaucratic roadblocks or outright negligence. The institutions we once trusted have failed us, leaving us to navigate these challenges alone, despite our knowledge and experience in the field.

These failures are compounded by the broader context of our lives—marked by
harassment, surveillance, and threats—adding another layer of complexity to our
situation. The healthcare system, which should have been a source of support and
stability, instead became another adversary in our struggle for safety and well-being.

The challenges we have faced are not just professional disappointments; they are
personal betrayals that have had a profound impact on our family. We entered the
healthcare field to care for others, but when we needed care ourselves, the system
turned its back on us. Our story is a stark reminder that even those who know the
system from the inside are not immune to its failures.

Service Record and Commitment to Others

Throughout my career in hospice, I have dedicated myself to serving low-income
patients, a choice I made to ensure those most in need received the care they
deserved. I have a strong service record that includes:

Raising funds for baby dolls for memory care residents at Brookdale Easley in
conjunction with my hospice agency, South Carolina Hospice and Palliative Care. This initiative was even featured on WYFF News in Greenville.

Organizing fundraising efforts for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, showing my commitment to fighting this devastating disease.

Serving as an intern for Vincent Sheheen’s Gubernatorial Campaign against Nikki
Haley, where I engaged in phone banking and door-to-door canvassing, advocating for a candidate committed to the people of South Carolina.

Majoring in political science with the intent to attend law school to focus on civil rights. However, despite operating a business part-time during my freshman year of college and continuing to work part-time to full-time by my junior year, I was unable to afford graduate school. Instead, I focused on finishing my bachelor’s degree in government (political science) over the following three years.

Working directly with the Department of Social Services to find care for indigent patients under adult protective services, positioning myself as a reliable resource for my patients.

Finding housing for someone in need on the same night at Spartanburg Regional ER when our rights were being violated and our son was being transported against our will to Three Rivers Behavioral Health.

Doing whatever I can to help my fellow man, whether it’s picking up litter, assisting someone with a broken-down car, or just being there for those in need.

Background and Upbringing: A Broken American Dream?

I was raised by a single mother who worked full-time while attending nursing school in the evenings to support both of us. I had no involvement with my father, and at the age of 18, I had to navigate the court system to drop the hyphenated part of my last name associated with him. This process required me to undergo a fingerprinting process, a sex offender background check, and complete extensive paperwork, ultimately leaving me with my last name, Abblett.

09/01/2023 Traumatic Childbirth Experience

The birth of our son, James, at Patewood Hospital under Prisma Health, was a
harrowing ordeal marred by multiple violations of our rights as patients and severe breaches of medical ethics. Amber’s labor symptoms were dismissed, leading to a dangerous situation where I had to drive her back to the hospital in a sleep-deprived state, which could have resulted in a tragedy. Despite our explicit refusal, a medical student was forced upon us during labor, violating our privacy and patient rights. The staff’s hostile attitude, neglect, and lack of professionalism forced me to perform 50-75% of the delivery work myself, including operating dangerous medical equipment. Post- delivery, Dr. Emerson falsely accused us of non-compliance, which led to an unnecessary and distressing DSS investigation that further traumatized our family. This occurred despite our clear requests for full treatment, their baseless allegations being founded on fraudulent blood sugar concerns, and our request for a different doctor. Despite all of this, Dr. Emerson still signed off on the discharge, exacerbating our
distress.

Physical Disabilities and Health Struggles

Both Amber and I live with disabilities—Amber struggles with Hashimoto’s disease, while I manage Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). On top of that, our child battles withPediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS), a neurological condition that has been challenging for our entire family. Despite these challenges, we remain dedicated to helping others and fighting for the rights and well-being of our family and community.

“Unidentified, I did Inhale” Misdemeanor & Impact

I have been burdened with an “unidentified misdemeanor” on my record due to a
dismissed marijuana charge. This charge was reclassified under the evolving marijuana laws, leaving it labeled ambiguously, as if I could have a misdemeanor for anything. This ambiguity has allowed agents, armed with just my name and face in their system, to justify mistreating me, despite my otherwise clean record. This label has contributed to me being unfairly smeared as a potential terrorist or felon, with agents even making references to me being in prison—despite the fact that I was a “goody-goody” in school: a band member playing trumpet and steel drums, an honors student, and a martial artist in Aikido. Yes, I may have “inhaled” in my younger, more immature years—just like many other presidents out there (not naming any specific one), but for the love of God, I am not a terrorist.

Privacy and Data Breaches

A breach of my genetic data from 23andMe has deeply violated our privacy and greatly intensified our distress. On top of this, both Amber and I have experienced over 400 instances of identity theft and privacy violations, many associated with stalking, as identified by the Incogni service. In addition to the 23andMe breach, my genetic information was maliciously exploited to create a psychiatric and psychological profile used against me in a psyops-style campaign. This targeted harassment included orchestrating situations specifically designed to exacerbate my fibromyalgia, such as the deliberate sabotage of our air conditioning system. These calculated actions have compounded the trauma we are already enduring, adding another layer of anxiety and vulnerability to our lives.

Military Heritage and Betrayal:

My family has a deep military heritage, with grandfathers and great-grandfathers who served honorably in several major conflicts. My grandfather, Master Sergeant Ray Spicer, was an Army veteran who served in both the Vietnam War and the Korean War. My other grandfather, Rick Robison, earned two Bronze Stars as a veteran of both the Air Force and the Army. My great-grandfather, Walt Abblett, served in the Navy during World War II and survived the attack on Pearl Harbor. My great-great-uncle, Earl Cobb, served in World War I and fought in multiple battles in France before suffering grenade shrapnel injuries that left him legally blind for the rest of his life. Coming from a long line of military service, it is deeply painful to see how we have been treated by the healthcare system, the U.S. government, and, more specifically, the military.

Ongoing Legal and Government Struggles:

Our attempts to seek justice through various agencies, including the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and the Department of Education, have been met with indifference. These agencies have been “passing the buck,” leaving us without resolution. Even our interactions with the FBI have added to our harassment rather than providing the protection we need.

Kidnapping and Legal Violations:

Our son was, by legal definition, kidnapped for over 80 hours due to fraudulent activities by a nurse at Spartanburg Regional, who acted in conflict of interest by signing both as a notary and a screener. Despite our explicit refusal, he was detained beyond the legally mandated 72-hour period without a legitimate judge’s signature, which was unjustified and confirmed by two medical investigators sent by the court of Darlington after his stay at Three Rivers Behavioral Health. This incident has caused severe trauma to our family and highlighted systemic failures in the mental health and legal systems. Our repeated attempts to reach out to law enforcement, including a distressing 911 call, were met with resistance and a lack of accountability.

Wi-Fi Jamming and Communications Suppression:

We have also experienced jamming and suppression of our Wi-Fi communications, which has severely hindered our ability to manage personal and professional matters.
We discovered over 600 active connections on our internet, which is indicative of
malicious interference. Despite submitting a complaint to the FCC and FTC regarding Spectrum’s interference with our Wi-Fi, no resolution has been provided. Instead
Spectrum/Charter Communications has worked diligently to wrap the case up as quickly as possible acting like they cannot reach me because I insist on written communication!

Air Conditioning Sabotage:

Our air conditioning system was weaponized against us, further compromising our
safety. After paying over $4,000 for repairs, Waldrop AC refused to inspect the unit when issues persisted. Water began filling the vents and surrounding wires, creating a dangerous situation. Despite my informing them that I had been shocked before due to similar issues, Waldrop still refused to take appropriate action. When firefighters arrived, they agreed immediate action was needed, but Waldrop hung up on them, leaving us in a precarious situation. This blatant negligence requires a thorough investigation.

Unacceptable Conduct by Local Authorities:

The conduct of Spartanburg County officials, including those from the Holly Springs Fire Station, and even the South Carolina State Fire Marshal, has been unacceptable and incompetent. Their failure to appropriately respond to our emergencies, coupled with dismissive and unprofessional behavior, has further exacerbated our challenges. Despite reaching out for help, we have been met with indifference and a lack of
accountability.

Living Our Own Truman Show:

At this point, we feel like we are living our very own version of The Truman Show. Our lives have been invaded and controlled to such an extent that nothing seems private whatsoever anymore, including my very own taps of my fingers on my keyboard as we speak!

UFO and Supernatural Experiences:

We don’t know what the UFOs or supernatural phenomena are, but we have come to realize that some of these events are associated with our proximity to military sites. This realization led us to understand why they are referred to as “Unidentified Flying Objects”—because they are truly unidentified, and their connection to our experiences has been a source of only pure curiosity.

Request for Intervention:

Given all that has transpired, the targeted campaigns, harassment, surveillance, and more against my family and me have left us financially unstable. This is especially frustrating considering that, prior to being laid off during COVID-19 due to changing market conditions while still onboarding with Namaste Hospice and Home Health, I was earning a good income as a hospice representative. My situation worsened after being diagnosed with the rare genetic condition Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome—a condition not recognized as a disability because it lacks a diagnostic code. This forced us into bankruptcy, led to the loss of my truck, and subjected us to repeated evictions, leaving us reliant on grants and family assistance just to ‘make it.’

We are not only seeking justice for our family and holding those responsible
accountable, but we also aim to benefit others who may find themselves in similar
situations. The following are our legal ‘demands’ that have not been met or even
genuinely addressed. Please review them, as addressing these issues would enable us to support your campaign further.”.

Our Request for Resolution:

The experiences I have detailed illustrate a concerning pattern of actions that have significantly disrupted our financial stability and well-being—actions that appear to be a deliberate attempt to undermine our pursuit of the American dream.

We respectfully request the following:
1. Appropriate Compensation for the damages we have endured as a result of
these events.
2. A Thorough Investigation into the surveillance, harassment, and systemic
failures that have impacted our lives.
3. Accountability for those responsible for these violations, ensuring that such
actions do not continue unchecked.
4. Media Attention to ensure transparency and to raise awareness about these
critical issues.

Given your distinguished background as a prosecutor, we believe your leadership could make you our “shining star in the darkness,” bringing the clarity and justice we so desperately seek.

Conclusion:

Vice President Harris, as I reflect on the profound challenges my family has faced, it’s evident that what we’ve lived through goes far beyond the realm of ordinary experience. Our journey has been marked by a relentless and invasive series of events that have shattered our sense of security and trust. The secrecy, the unexplained phenomena, and the targeted efforts to control and manipulate our lives have created an environment where we feel constantly surveilled and harassed.

The narrative I’ve shared with you is not just a recounting of events—it’s a testament to the resilience of a family pushed to the brink by forces that remain in the shadows. These experiences, intertwined with our proximity to significant military sites and the unexplained occurrences that have followed, demand attention. The layers of secrecy surrounding these events have only deepened our resolve to seek the truth and to bring these issues to light.

Your campaign represents a glimmer of hope for us. Your commitment to transparency, justice, and the protection of those who have been marginalized resonates deeply with our story. We believe that your leadership could bring much-needed attention to the experiences we’ve endured and help unravel the mysteries that have enveloped our lives.

By sharing our full narrative, “We Come in Peaces: The Abblett File,” I am placing
my trust in you and your administration to take these issues seriously. The
images and information enclosed are shared with the belief that they may hold
significance beyond our personal story—potentially offering insights into matters
of national interest and security.

We urge you to review this narrative carefully and consider the broader implications it holds. The secrecy, the unexplained phenomena, and the ongoing surveillance we’ve experienced are not just isolated incidents—they represent a larger issue that demands your attention. Your leadership can help bring the truth to light and protect families like ours from the shadows that seek to control us.
